Verify a certificate

Check that a certificate was really issued by Canada College Group.

How this page works

  1. Type the certificate ID / verification code printed on the certificate (or scan its QR code). No code? Use the holder's name, the course and the issue date instead.
  2. We look it up in the college records. Nothing is changed and no one is told.
  3. You see whether it is valid, revoked or not found (revoked, expired or not found means invalid), with the holder's name, the course, the issue date and who issued it. The final grade is shown only if the college allows it. Email addresses and phone numbers are never shown.
Printed at the bottom of the certificate or report card (report card codes start with RC). Spaces and capital letters do not matter.
No code? Use the name, course and issue date instead
The date written on the certificate (the graduation date).
Or use the student number and course

What this page checks

Every certificate has its own code. We look it up in the college records and show the holder's name, course, issue date, status and who issued it (and the grade, if the college allows it). If these match the paper or PDF you were given, it is genuine. We never show private details such as email addresses or phone numbers.

Where is the code? At the bottom of the certificate, next to the QR code, after the word “Code”.

Try it

A code looks like 1A2B3C4D5E6F (12 letters and numbers). Open any graduate's certificate, copy the code at the bottom, and paste it above.

Every certificate also carries a QR code that opens this page with the code filled in: https://canadacollegegroup.com/verify?code=YOURCODE.
