Canada College Group respects your privacy.

What we collect. Your name, email, phone number and the information needed to run your registration, study progress, assignments, exam attempts, results and messages with instructors.

How we use it. To operate your courses, communicate with you, issue results and certificates, and keep the college's academic records. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see it. You, your instructors for the courses you take, and the college administration. Graduate lists are only published where the graduate has agreed.

Security. Passwords are stored in encrypted form. The portal is served over HTTPS and access is limited by role.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting the college through the Contact page.

Sign-in with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. If you choose to sign in with one of these services, we receive only your name and verified email address from it, and only to match you to your existing college account. We do not receive your password, post on your behalf, or read your contacts or other data from those services. You can always sign in with your email and password instead.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we keep your email address to send the college newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you through the Contact page.

Cookies and analytics. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. We may use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
